These error exceptions are getting to be a real pain.  Can't access "contact us"  either.  Guess they are getting tired of the bad press...

I see I am number 6 in point total.  Contact us has not been working for a while.  A number of other VBB'ers have listed the problem also.

John, I'm amongst a couple other VBB'ers.....I don't see that feature anywhere here either. Where are you finding that you are number 6 in point total? I simply see my total points up at the top right of my page....they go up and down, up and down, without being my correct balance at any point.
I haven't used the contact us portion in about two weeks, so not sure if that is working for me or not. I do know though that when I did use it to contact VBB about something, it wouldn't go through without upc numbers written there. Weird....on the old site, that never happened! So I went back and just filled in the upc box with enough 0's to match a upc number! It worked and my message went through to VBB!!! Anyone else having trouble, I suggest you try that. Of course, if worse comes to worse, we can also phone Nestle's toll-free number.....problem is, everyone else is probably trying to phone them, too, so there'd be a long, long wait.

Like many new things about the new site, but would still like swapped recipes. baking memories, and baking articles returned.

I would like to know how you know that you are number 6 in points?  I cannot find anything like that in this site.

Try this.
Click on your name in the upper right corner of this page.
When you get to your page place the cursor over your picture in the "posts area" it will show your bio and your rank.

Thanks for telling me how to find my rank. I guess that I am not too good of a VBB because I am #26. Oh well,I guess that is the story of my life! Glad to see that you are #6-way up the top of the list-CONGRATULATIONS!

Mary Ann:

Swapped Recipes are back!  Check your Recipe Box and you'll see any you had saved and they will appear in recipe searches as well.  Baking Memories are called "Shared Stories" (found in the Community section) and we're seeing more than ever being added.  Baking articles are in "Resources" along with other great content as well.  Happy Baking!

Today was the first day that I had to sign in. Hopefully I won't have to sign in on Tues. I can't believe they
that can't get this site fixed. I still have my points from last year. I expected to have zero points on Jan. 1.
They have not made this site better.

John:

Where did you find that information?  I'm sure I'm not even in the running since I was out for several months with my knee surgery, but it would be nice to check anyway, just for the heck of it.

Nikki:  I tried that but it does not work for me. Nothing comes up.  I don't remember doing a bio either.  When were we supposed to do that?  Where do we go to do a bio?

Thanks,
Marie

I get points randomly - I had no idea you could see your "ranking".  But even if I find it it does not look like it will be of any value to be higher on the list.

NO! Everything is still going nutty on us. I just got the cupboard is bare page and had to go out and come back in. And when I post, I have to just go the top and reclick on forums because clicking on the back arrow does not work most of the time. I also tried to find recipes that are swapped recipes and only found the ones I have saved in my recipe section.
It is also slow as Christmas loading most of the time and the longer you are on the forums, the slower it gets. You click on the stars to go to the newest post and some of the forums will go to it and others go to the first page that may be dated back in Oct 2010! It is definitely NOT FIXED!!

When you click on your name in the upper right corner the page that you will be taken to has several places where you can put in information about you.  So you can put in whatever info you want.  If you click on Settings you have the ability to select the option to have others see or not see the info.
You can change your account info as well, password, email address from this page.
