he dr in rehab wanted me to take 50,000 IU once a week..I checked w/my primary care doc & she said 2,000 IU dailyis ss sufficient! My recent kidneyfuntio testshowed that the remaing 2/3 of the kidneyare fulyfunctioning & doing well; A differentdr tday commentd on how well my
remaining kidney is doing well cording totoday's tests ing to te lab tests done on follow up ....Thanx for the warning, but I have confidence on the 3 docs onitoring my healing process...Hubby's dr wanted toputhim on 50,000IU also & when asked why? NO AMSWERfrom that doc so o hubby refused & switched to a different doc.The dr I saw today s an internist & cardiologist& switched myBP meds to one that's been aroubd longertan the one I have been onHer online reviews sayshe "doesn't listen toher patients butIfound her asking some pretty good questions& definitely listened o y o m answers, as well as listening and answering my questions to her!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
She has been hubby's cardiologis forseveral yers& seemed honestly delighted to see hi again) he only ses her once or twice a year;'cuz their team effort has helped him fully recover from is heart attack& other issues He had been on 15 meds from otherdocs& she weaned him off allbut 9 ofthem w/ noharmfllefects, He no longer ends up in the Mrdicare PART D donut hole a few ties a year making us more financially comfortable this s year, while still feeling better & getting good lab resuts.
