I tried posting a review which I have never done before. It said I wasn't logged in or I had already reviewed this recipe. I checked and could see that I was logged and I have never ever reviewed a recipe before. Frustrating. Does anyone have a caramel sauce/dip recipe? I followed one here but it didn't work at all.

I haven't posted a review on the new site yet. Should be a trip!

This is the second time I am posting this recipe to you. Hopefully this time it will take.

1/2 cup butter or margarine
1/2 cup honey or light corn syrup
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 can sweetened condensed milk

Mix syrup/honey, butter and sugar. Boil hard for 2 minutes, stirring well to prevent scorching. Stir in milk, mix well and heat through. Keep warm in a crockpot on LOW. Can be stored in jars in the refrigerator. Re-warm slowly.

I don't know what H.M. uses the caramel sauce for but I want it dumped over a big scoop of ice cream setting on a nice slice of pecan infested brownie.

And I'd love a caramel recipe that I could safely and smoothly drizzle over a cold but freshly baked cookie.
