I went to the area where you are supposed to pose a question to VBB and posted a question about this gooey nonsense that I keep getting and can't get in for days, sometimes longer.  Question was

Questions to VBB

I went to the area where you are supposed to pose a question to VBB and posted a question about this gooey nonsense that I keep getting and can't get in for days, sometimes longer.  Question was asked on January 31st.  It is 10:37 p.m. on February 2nd.  Almost Feb. 3rd.  I wonder how often they check the questions.  Any one not get a reply to their question???

Marie, I've been waiting for several months for a "fix" to the gooey problem. I've asked several times, and received a response about 2 times that they would "have someone look into this." So far...nothing. I don't have the same problem as yours, however. I get the gooey message anytime I try to add or edit a recipe in the Shared Recipes section.

Verlee:  Several times last year it was weeks to at least a month that I could not get in.  It is very frustrating.  It always says we will be right back, but they never do.

They do respond, but I don't think that they have enough coverage.

I was annoyed by "gooey" for several months.  finally one day everything was fine.  When I asked about it during the second month, the lady told me to change my browser to Mozilla Foxfire.  I did and it worked mostly, but not reliably.  I'm glad to be back to regular posting using internet explorer.
