I have to attend a funeral for a co-worker today. He was 46. His kidneys failed because he had been on lots of drugs since he was 12 and in a terrible car accident that killed his parents. Head injury made him have seizures so the anti seizure drugs helped that, but all those years wrecked havoc with his kidneys. He will be missed.

Prayers for you Judy and your friends family.My husband is a dialysis technician, he loves his job but it is so sad so many wonderful people lose their battle everyday to renal failure. There are no age boundies young and old.God bless!

Today is the third anniversary of my Mother's death. Yesterday was the 14th for my father. March is a sad month for our family

Thanks for the good wishes. I was lucky to have my parents around as long as they were, especially my Mother. She was in her 92nd year.

My best friend did have a heart attack.She went in for her hospital follow up and her Dr. said she did have a heart attack.She always does for everyone around here .I have been making extra so I can share with her and give her a little rest.When my son took their dinner over last night she was asking him what I just love to eat and he answered her by saying "I don't Know" good answer son! Again she worries about me instead of herself.I could never repay her or her hubby for everything they have done for my family.This couple are the finest of people,true Christians.Her Dr. expects her to make a full recovery with very little or no damage to her heart.Thank God for prayers answered.

With so many people not having family close by it seems like many people have "adopted" neighbors as extended family and help each other in times of need. I think this is what neighbors should do.
What I think is hard is for people to realize they need the help, accept it as it is offered. Then when some one else needs help in some way pass on the good deed.
As we all know "It Takes a Village..." and not just to raise a child.
We are a village on this forum.

I found out last night at Bowling that one of ldies has Cancer all over in her body.
They have giving her 3 to 6 months. She is taking Chemo now. Please keep her in
prayers that she does nt have to suffer a lot of pain.
