A while back, I asked for prayers for my cousin "T" who was in the hospital waiting for a heart transplant. THANK YOU to all who took the time to say a prayer in her behalf. I just now received an email saying that the transplant was a success and she is on her way back to us. God is great!!

I want to thank all my VBB friends,Erica,Nancy,DiAnne,Susan and Carol.Please forgive me if I forgot someone I'm not thinking straight right now.Everyone else here that I forgot to mention is also included.We all have our problems,but most of ours are nothing like some people around the world are facing.I think everyone of has been touched in one way or another by our miserable economy.We need to pray and pray hard for the answers and guidence that we need.God Bless all!

Gale, Erica, Bakery1...

I know first hand what it is like to be unemployed. Full-time jobs are not there, the way the economy is, companies cannot afford the expense for insurance, so they offer part-time jobs. And then the part-time jobs, if you are lucky, you might get few hours here or there. Plus, if you are older than 50, it's even harder. I truly do wish you the best and I pray that an answer is found and jobs are created. God bless you all!

Hi Susan it's so nice to be home.Everything went as planned.The surgery lasted two hours and it was a success.I spent the night and came home yesterday.My Doctor is a sweet young man.I'm sure he is one of God's angels.I have to see him in a month as long as I don't have any problems and he will give me a clean bill of health.God Bless you and all of my friends at VBB.Thank you so much Susan for your prayers and for being my friend.

In Response to PRAYER LIST/CHAIN : What a wonderful idea! We all are in need of prayer at this time in history. It seems as if the whole world is going down in flames! I pray that very soon those who are in the very midst of danger will be set free from harm. Closer to home, I would like to add my cousin to the list. "T" is in Cleveland Clinic and is waiting for a new heart. She is sedated for comfort; but I would imagine her mind is still working and is very worried and scared. She is young....in her late 50's. Please say a small prayer for "T". Thanks!

Oh Darla,What a blessing! The Cleveland Clinic is one of the greatest hospitals in the world,people come from all over the world to have their heart surgeries there.I had my surgery there right after she had hers.We are so blessed! I will continue praying for "T" and your entire family!
