PRAYER LIST/CHAIN

I have noticed among many of the posting that there are VBB members that have faith in God. I thought it would be nice to start a Prayer List or Prayer Chain. So, if you or a loved one is in need of prayers, we can post there name here and start a prayer list. Prayer is powerful!!

I hope you like the idea?!

Nice ideas.Please pray for my father-in-law Ray.He has been in the hospital for a month now. He had to operations.He is 89.,.Thank you...God bless all of you..

Susan, good idea. Speaking of prayer lists and chains...how did your tests come out the other day. Also have you seen any posts from Nancy today or yesterday? Hope everything is going well. Can't have the Nestle's stock tank if she isn't baking cookies for awhile!

I haven't seen any post from Nancy in several days. The one post she did mentioned that she had a bad cold so we should put Nancy on the prayer list.

We also need to remember Gale on our prayer list...she had surgery yesterday.

When I had the Colonoscopy done yesterday, they took several biopsies but should get the results back in a few days. Thanks for asking Nikki...very kind of you!

Please pray for my husband, Frank. He has MS and hives. The shots I was giving him for the MS caused him to break out in very very itchy hives. He has had the hives for ll months now. The dermatologist said it takes that long or longer for the medication to get out of his system. He's been given topical ointments, which don't really help, but they say there is nothing they can give him. He has been to several doctors.

I will pray for all of those in need.

My 4yr old grandaughter has been running a feaver the past few days. She is with her dad this week & he doesn't have her medical cards to take her to ER to see what is wrong. His ex keeps everything & doesn't let him have it when its his week to have the girls. I just wish that he could get full custody of the girls just to get her out of his & our lives. Another thing I don't trust the guy that she is living with right now. Or any of her friends that she has hanging around when my granddaughters are with her. So PLEASE pray that my 4yr old grandaughter gets better & that the other issue is taken care of. THANK YOU

I see you survived the nasty thing and I will pray that results come back ok!!! I just read an article
that said most of your taste buds are on the front of your tongue and if you take a straw that bends
and put it on the back of your tongue, you won't have to taste the icky stuff!!!! Sorry I was too late
to tell you before but remember for the next time!!!

Honestly I have been thinking about ALL of you lately.
I have come to realize that we ALL have our "crosses to bear" and even if you never say anything everyone could use a prayer or the thought of keeping you and your family well.
The more posts I read and as I get to "know" people it just amazes me that we what we do despite the obstacles in our paths.
I guess the prayer Footsteps in the Sand is more true than not.

Kathy- Call the hospital . Explain to them the problem. A high fever is very dangerous for a young child.The ex needs to give him a card.Does he pay for the medical? This is insane.She has no right put them at risk.I hope she will be fine.Sorry to hear about that stuff. Does she have a doctor? Call the office.I'm sure they will help you.Good luck.

Marie-Your husband is a lucky man to have you in his life.Sorry to hear about all he is going through.How is your knee?

Julie- your father in law has my prayers.

No the girls are on medical assistants. I don't even know who the doctor is that she takes the girls to. She even gets Food Stamps & told him that she would share them with him when he has the girls, but then she didn't do that either. I just don't get why she is so mean to him like that. She's the one that cheated on him not the other way around.

I would also like to ask for prayers for my brothers. My one brother, Stanley, has been out of work (was two years in October). He turned 62 years old in October. He cannot find anything. We try to help him as much as we can. My other brother, Michael, was 58 in October and the place where he works has work for only four days a week. Please remember them in your prayers.

I will add all of you who need prayers to my list.

Susan K. Thank you for starting the prayer chain. Appreciate it. I believe in the power of prayer.

My youngest son was born in 1980 and was born with a congenital heart problem. He underwent open heart surgery when he was little. We had so many people praying for him. He had a rough time, but thank God, he came through it ok.

I love the idea of a prayer chain, but reading the other posts, I feel guilty asking for prayers for me and my health problems...blessings and prayers for all those here who need them. (Odd, as I wrote that, I got all teary.)

Haven't heard from Nancy as well. I should shoot her an email off VBB posts. Hey Nikki, What did you do on your Birthday? Prayers for everyone here who needs them and their families. Father caught me yesterday in Adoration down on my knee without my cane. I'm going in on Monday for another round of infusions and they and the prayers have kept me from using the cane and almost pain free from my RUPUS. AMEN! Father said it looked like a Miracle to him. Maybe so!

What a wonderful idea! We all are in need of prayer at this time in history. It seems as if the whole world is going down in flames! I pray that very soon those who are in the very midst of danger will be set free from harm. Closer to home, I would like to add my cousin to the list. "T" is in Cleveland Clinic and is waiting for a new heart. She is sedated for comfort; but I would imagine her mind is still working and is very worried and scared. She is young....in her late 50's. Please say a small prayer for "T". Thanks!
