I need a cake recipe that had lemon curd pockets and a cheesecake recipe from Sharon.
once again my brother, the baker, came through with a cake that i have made several times and everyone loves it so much i don't have left overs
1- mix all cake ingredients in sturdy mixer 2-pour small portions into blender (on high)at a time 3-pour into cake pan 4-do not grease pan 5-pre heat oven 350 6-use 9" springform pan 7- cook approx. 1 hour 8-cool 1/2 hr and place in refigerator (blender is needed otherwise the cake is too lumpy) CURD: 1-place all ingredients in double boiler 2-mix and stir until thick 3-cool and then refigerate covered w/ plastic wrap i usually serve the curd on the side as some prefer fruit instead (pineapples, berries, strawberries)
