What do you most like to prepare in your kitchen?

When it comes to cooking, baking, making beverages, etc....

I enjoy preparing soups, whether their home-cooked or even quick and easy. That's why I look forward to Autumn and Winter, as I can't wait to make and try new soup recipes.

I also enjoy making varieties of iced teas, iced coffees, hot coffee beverages, and flavored lemonades.

As for baking, while I enjoy baking bundt cakes and cookies, my daughters will tell you they love the cookies I bake. They have even been known to fight over those cookies.

I also like to make iced tea, lemonade, pies, jams and desserts with rhubarb. I love rhubarb!!

I also love rhubarb.  I'm having a really hard time getting plants to grow so I had to resort to buying frozen to make a pie.  I love baking.

When it comes to cooking, I love to make a good breakfast.  Breakfast is my favorite time of the day.  I would rather have a good breakfast than any other meal.

When I am baking, cupcakes are my favorite, followed by cookies.  Any kind of cupcake, and any kind of cookies.

Actually, water is my beverage of choice, however I do make Coffee for breakfast.  And, I also make tea (hot and iced).  Summertime, I switch to Lemonade, but only when I can obtain real lemons at a reasonable price.  Lemons are getting to be a luxury fruit.

 COOKIES! And soups, stews, beer bread, different salads & although BBQ isn't cooked inside I prepare it in the kitchen and love anything BBQ!

I  like to make anything tht hubby& I  like:
 Asian soups; cookies; dinner salads l& t w/cooked  chicken pieces, fruit pieces &  nuts, sesame ginger dressing  OR southwest salads w/l& t  cooked  chicken pieces,, avodado Mexi-cheese blend& ranch dressing

either  /both w/ sweet  onion
 This time of year I like to make  hot & hearty soups: chili bean, minestrone, split pea,  
  I liketo eat a good breakfast waffles; pancakes,fruit  & nut muffins, hot creal, corned beef hash so unless we're eating outy I must  make  &  enjoy making any& all of the  above" anticipation"Smile

Vicki, besides the soups and stews, and except for baking bread, I too enjoy preparing salads. My favorites to make are... leafy green salads (and those made with fruits and nuts), layered lettuce salads (like those 7-layered salads), cucumber salads, gelatin salads/molds, any kind of macaroni & pasta salads, potato salads, and our family's all-time-favorite salad... Grandma Richter's Lettuce Salad, which is made with anykind of leafy green lettuce, chopped onion, cooked crumbled bacon, and it's served with the following cream mixture... real whipping cream, apple cider vinegar, and sugar; that you toss over the greens, bacon and onion just before serving. It is sooo good!!  I too love anything BBQ'd.  I make a skinless barbecued chicken in the oven, which I think taste better than any bbq chicken cooked on the grill.

 One salad I like to make is of "the everything but the kitchen sink" variety. Macaroni, garbanzo beans, kidney beans, onion, celery, cooked egg, pickles, peas, olives, a lot of canned tuna, mustard, soy mayonnaise, salt, pepper & anything else I have to put in there. I make this when I know I'll be having a busy weekend.
