One more...
An elderly man was dying and in his last few moments he asked the priest to take him down to the kitchen where his wife was baking.
The priest carried the old man down and pushed through the kitchen door to see the table laden with home made cakes, cookies and pies all cooling on wire racks.
The old man feebly reached for a cookie.  His wife smacked his hand, saying. "Hands off! Ther're for the funeral".

An unemployed man goes door to door looking for work.  One homeowner hands him a paint brush and a can of paint and offers him $200.00 to paint his porch.
A few hours later the guy goes to the home owner and says "I've finished.  But I reckon you know your car's a Ferrari and not a Porsche."

Laughter can lighten the mood.  Sometimes we take ourselves too seriously, and need to learn to laugh at ourselves.
