Being from NY (best pizza ever on the planet except for maybe Italy) we now live in NC....where, sadly, there is no "real" pizza. Soooooo, we make our own. I make pizza dough from scratch and hubby (100% meatballa) hand tosses pie every Friday night (when he's not deployed). We make every thing from white pizza to traditional Italian pizza....depends on what we have a hankering for. Nice thing about making homemade pizza is 4 quarters can be different! And....not to mention how inexpensive it is!!Pizza stones ready.......
