The poem Footprints in the Sand always brings  tears to my eyes and reminds me that we do not go through the tough times alone.  It does not matter what or who you believe in someone is always willing to help.  We just have to be willing to ask for and accept help.

Loss doesn't mean the end of the world. We must pick ourselves up and go on.There are many changes over the years with all of us.Sometimes these changes can be life altering and very depressing.I try to live my life the best way that I can for the moment . I live by the Serenity Prayer.


GOD GRANT ME THE SERENITY to ACCEPT the things I cannot change;COURAGE to change the things I can;And the WISDOM to know the difference.
