I have a super recipe where I put a mini Snickers bar inside my peanut butter cookie recipe.  Wow.
And I just made my very first ginger snap cookie ... a tremendous hit.
And then there's the cookie with white chips, chopped marachino cherries and macadamia nuts ..................

Nancy, try using 1/2 of an Andes mint inside the cookie.

I make a layered cookie with 2 flavours of jam between the layers and topped with chocolate - my family's absolute favourite.  Takes forever, but totally worth it! The official name is Neopolitan Bars, but my family just calls them "stripey cookies!"

Cam - Wow!  Thanks for such an excellent idea.  I can just "see" that Andes in a chocolate cookie.
And Erica -- another great suggestion. Thank you.

I have never met a cookie that I didn't like.  I have met a lot of cookies that I  LOVE .  And I continue the quest to find the "bestest" cookie.
Then again I am easy to please when it comes to anything sweet.  (explains a lifelong weight problem!)
