HELP!!!

Has anyone/everyone found out how to navigate this?  I can't find Memories that people used to write.  Is it still on here?  What about recipes people used to send in. Is that still available?  By reviewing recipes, is that Nestle recipes?  Where can you check  your brownie points? I'm not getting mine.  Also I tried to save a nestle recipe and when I went to check it said last recipe posted Jan.2009, which is not true.  Do we get 5 points or 100 points for signing in?  I tried to send them an email and I went through their whole list of filling everything in and when I hit send, it told me I had to sign in and it disappeared.  Guess they didn't get it.  I was signed in.  I posted something and did this new posting and nothing has changed in my points.  HELP!!!!!!!

I havevisitedthemessageboards daily for3 years; posting as GRANA.I tried several times, yesterday, to LOG ON to the VBB site for my daily MESSAGE BOARD visit.Each time I was told told ld "the page had expired".
Today I triedto log on a few times and was told "the page cannot be found"..
CryAs a last resortI'm trying a 2nd e mail address & new pasword (alreadyforgotten), got on& now cannot findtheMESSAGE BOSARDSor SWAPPED RECPES
tHE NEW homepagLOOKS "GREAT" but,I am unable to navigate to myY FAVE places to get  NEW RECIPES or OR STAY IN TOCH w/ longtimre chat freinds.I'm hopingthe site is still in transition [ a work in progress]& the "BUGS" wil soon be worked out so that I may soon return to my old routine &  I can onceagain  spend time here w/old friends.
How long til the site once again becomes navigable & fully functional for us old timers?Embarassed

You have hit upon nearly all of my problems w/this site's new  set up.

It does look really nice,though & IHOPE/ expect to figure it out eventually; if Idon'tgiveup ionttalfrustration. IfI can log on w/ my original email address; username & password.I'm usingasub-emailofmine& cominginasanew member(losingover 12,000 points in theprocss
I don'trecall a "Marie" on the boards beforeEmbarassed.Under what name did you previously post?

I have been posting as gran A for about  3 years.
?? How can I reclaim the over 12,000 points I had earned in2010
?How can I gain access to "MY RECIPE BOX" The original one & now the most recent one are no  longer there. Starting out as a new member( only way to get on) since my old e-mail address; avatar & password are no longer accessable/useable
How canI/we recognize longtime friends w/o their old names/avatars???Frown ??????????

They are in the upper right hand corner of f your screen.Smile

This site has gone from bad to nightmareishly ridiculous!
Navigation? You need 3 different PhD's.
Points? All my previous points have been taken away and when I logged in today, I had 55.

I'm no computer genius but, whoever decided to rewrite the programming for this site is on a self serving ego trip. It might look nice but, packaging is only good if what's inside is usuable.

I'm very disgusted with VBB and may have to rethiunk if I want to spend my valuable time here anymore.

I totally agree with every post I have seen!!!  I went from over 51000 points to 50?  I can't find anything at all other than posts about how crappy this new site is.  My receipes are gone etc.

Thank you all for your time spent on VBB and thank you for reviewing the new site.  Our goal is to keep improving the site; please keep the feedback coming!

Also, we know several of our VBBers aren't seeing the right points total in the upper right hand corner; we are working to get all your points back!

It is taking longer than we thought to get everyone's information and Avatars over to the new site; we are working hard to get them back ASAP.

Swapped Recipes will be back soon; we'll make sure to let everyone know when and where you can find them.

We are truly sorry for the technical issues being experienced and hope we can get all your favorite parts of VeryBestBaking.com back soon!

I was Marie F. from Raritan, NJ.  I posted in the Memories section.  I was the one who had a husband with MS and I recently had knee replacement surgery and am having the other knee done in November.

How frustrating; hang in there & don't give up. I dont know about "memories" but I too have been unable to find "SWAPPED RECIPES", though I 've noticed others mentioning it, as being back.
Memories are now posted (more by category ) on the first page ofC ommunity) .I don't know all the specific details but I do manage, daily to find my  fave threads surpriseSurprised to me; it's all so different nowFrown
FrownMany of us miss  the OLD SITE  & it's familiar features.There are new features which can be very enjoyable as well.Cool  I think that having "FAVORITES" back would make navigating easier, since we could all seek out only those  threads/topics of interest ( to us).
"PRIVATE MESSAGES' would ease contacting those w/ whom we have a common intereast r thread.
In COMMUNITY/FORUMS(first page)   look for (on the left side) a thread called" ASK US"  or something like that Undecided
 I hopethishelps
BTW: I sen a message re: this problem tothe" ADMINISTRATOR"& hope it helps to solve this problem

ADMINISTRATOR; I missed the notifiction( that everyone was to receive) on when & where "SWAPPED RECIPES"  would be  be returned to this e site.CryIt is obvious( by their unhappy questions) that others  also were left out of  this notification process.
 Please check into this & resend notifications so that we can all participate fully, again.
