I went shopping the other day and I'm just sick over the prices on groceries.They keep going up and up.Ground beef 80/20 on sale is $2.99 a # that's twice as much as before.Everything seems to be 50 c

If you have coupons that you do not use give them to others. I gave a shopper two Tide coupons worth five dollars last week. It was Super Double coupon time. I asked the shopper if she had the coupons for Tide she said "No". So I gave her  what I was not planning to use. She thanked me.

I purchased 1 box of Pasta Roni, 2 bags of MM Snack Mix, a bottle of Soy Sauce, Two 50 ounce containers of All detergent and 10 pieces of Deli fried chicken for 18.37. I used COUPONS.

Wy the stores here are very high in price and my bills for the month keep going up no matter how I try to cut them down some thing you just have to buy and those are ones that keep going up

Prices on most items are up; buta few luxury items( premium meats, fresh bakery 7 snack fods( including delimeats are down ,I guessdueto customers cuttin back on those items????????Today hubby got a 20 serving coffee cake  (chocolatewalnut @ half price His vave deli meat baloney is down to  $.99# from it's usual about $2 # These items areperishable7 they cannot affordv to  letit spoil, so for awhile we enjoy the price break Money mouth
A premium cut of Choice boneless  sirloin steak was CUT DOWN FROM$8,99# TO $6.81#, STILL PRICEY BUT WE ENJOYED our  SMALL PIECES SMOTHERED IN MUSHROOMS& ONIONS SAUTEEDI in BUTTER.
CoolA 23 oz can ofcoffe( 1-1/2# was)cut own gto $5.99 ( a price break of $3. just in time to go w/ hubby's coffee cake bargain He's prety happyLaughing

Many  items we can livew/o are cut in   price as much ch as 50%...; stocking p on non-peishables or w/ ample  use by  dates  or just  doing w/o those luxuriesFrown

GRANA here; A doaen largeeggs were$2.39 during the holiday baking season...TYhey're down to $1.19 dozen this week .Chargewhatever you can foritems customers cannot dow/o.So luxury meats&  baked goods are getting pricedlower& lower; easilu prepared items( ground beefare stillpretty high..If you can affords thetime, stew mea & pot roas tare  also lowerpriced then before al the job losses(  more timeto cook those  items so newly stay at homes can save money if theyget a recipe & are willing to  putin  n the TIME & EFFORTMoney mouth

We shop at the nearest store( walking distance) sio no over priced gasoline is needed....we shop sales & use coupons,, saving upto $12 or even more each week  Cool( our  grocery budget  is $50 week)and we average rightaround there enjoying good fods at every meal; Hubbys fave  chixken patties for sandwiches& parmesean areregularly $7.99 pkg& wereselling @ $2.99 a pkg today.Our yummy  pizza today is usually about $6 each & were $4.99 today( lowest price yet) 2# pkgFlorida strawberries ar $2.99 this week; they've been very good so far @ $3.49#Tongue out= yummyCoolberries on cake, in cereal; w/ icecream or by the handfull
He spent $16 & got  pizza fortw weeks, chicken patties for 3 weeks whole wheat bulkie rolls, 1/2 gallon milk ( for patties  &  burgers &  baloney plus a chocolate Danish coffee cake,  We got the baloney &  ground coffee last week both on reduced pricesI still wantto get yams( on sale @49cents # this week& some more frozen blueberris for muffin making &  think we might average to stay w/i budget , averaging out 3 weeks; We'reboth pretty p;eased w/ ourselves We got  cholesterol free egg oduct the previous week for  = 20  eggs $2.99. twenty 12oz bottles of beer @50cents bottle; enough for  over a month and enjoyed byhubby w/ baloney sandwiches, pizza &  chicken patties.For  8 years he denied himselfbeer 'cuz it was over $1  for a 12 oz can ; more difficult to re- cover &  enjoy  as planovers. He doesn't  drink much  just enough t enjoy the luxuryof a cold one  w/ his DELI.& pizza( fun foods)

I purchased two packages of Peppperridge  Farms crackers, two and a high pounds of sweet  seedless grapes , three mangoes, and 16 ounces of pomegranate juice for 6.15. COUPONS are wonderful
