Very frustrating - haven't been able to log on to the site for 3 days!! Kept getting the "We're adjusting our website/gooey in the middle" message!!

I have been able to login okay. My problem is that I have to login all the time now. It will not save my login. Is it a windows 7 issue? I just changed from windows XP.

i have windows 7 and haven't had either problem in a while
my biggest problem before was the interaction between internet explorer (which i still use) and nestle's website it was explained but can't really remember all that tech stuff but i.e. on win7 has a setting that when you go to some sites with differently written programs and it takes too long to load it just shuts off that can be changed but i can't tell you how

since i bought a whole new computer it hasn't been a problem

i suggest you go to ask vbb and enter this as a question and they will try to help you
or on the home page you can go to live chat w/ a helper, if you can get on the site

I had to log in every time for about 3-4 months, then magically it changed, and I don't have to do it now!! Very strange. Maybe another browser might have a different result. Try Safari or some other instead of explorer.

I've had to log in every day since last November when I had to redo my entire computer. It's annoying but doesn't seem to be anything I can do about it now.

Cheryl, I feel your pain. I went through this quite some time ago. I sent VBB a message and they made a suggestion of using a different browser - Foxfire. I did that for a while but finally was able to get that problem cleared up. Couldn't have done it without instant messaging VBB. Hope you can get their help.
