I am not sure if this has been discussed because I don't come here regularly, but I just printed a recipe for the first time since the site change.  I keep the recipes in my recipe box until I am ready to bake them and then I print them.  Wow!!!  Has anyone noticed the size of the font when you do print a recipe?  It's ridiculously small!!!  I mean I know I am over 40 and it's not as easy to read small print anymore, but this is BEYOND SMALL.  I don't remember the font being that small in the past. I will need a magnifiying glass to read it when I bake it!  Can they do anything about this???

Lisa:

Thanks for the feedback.  Yes, we are reformatting this now to get the font to a larger size.

Just a note to say I agree with Lisa .... currently the recipes print out so terribly small that I can't use them.  So I print them just to get the photo, then copy the tiny print to email to myself.  I can change the font and make a useable size recipe.
What a lot of work and ink.

VBB - it's good to hear you're reformatting.  Thanks

If you have notepad on your computer, just copy the recipe and paste it on it. Save it until you get a full page worth then print it. You can set your font type and size on notepad. I skip the photos because they use up so much memory and ink that it just isn't worth it to print them.

Cam what a great idea. I hate using up all my ink and you just saved a tree with this idea. Thanks

I like to use 14 for the title and 12 for the recipe when I print them out.

I have notepad  and it prints letters just fine but it prints numbers smaller than Nestles Tongue out

I can't get anything changed.  It's a miracle I can turn this machine on.

One more thing  (ha!  I never stop at ONE, lol) ...... I print every recipe I want and the tiny print Nestles still take two pages of paper.
Please, when the font is repaired, remove some of the decorations and "blank" spaces.

I can see no reason for a cookie recipe to take two pages of small print.

I seem to have difficulty finding questions that I post. I sometimes wonder if they ever make it to the discussions. I too cannot stand the small font that you get when you print out a recipe. I have copied and pasted to my Word document and then changed the font, etc. but there is so much that needs to be removed that you take along to the new document that it is annoying. Glad to see that VB is trying to adjust this too.

WhenI used NOTEPAD; I could not make parts of a recipe a different font( size/color) from another part. Now, w/ WORDPAD; I can customize each part of recipes,  jokes or stories just as I desire.I'm so much more creative & happy  NOW!now
