Nothing is on my agenda for today. I did everything that was necessary yesterday so that I wouldn't have to go out today. Wind, rain, sleet, ice, and snow is on its way to our area! I will be so glad when Spring and Summer get here. I don't enjoy Winter....not even one little bit!

Visited my husband this morning. He is doing very well and due to come home Friday :)
I had PT this afternoon. Foot is doing well. :)
I got home and shoveled white, wet, heavy crud from the driveway. I will have to do it again in an hour or two to keep up with it. :(

Today I packed a little more we are just about done.We're having the new furniture delivered tomorrow.I 'm going to rent a small dumpster so the boys can clean out the basement there is still a lot of throw away things. Hubby was a pack rat he saved everything.Boxes and boxes of magazines and work related articles

i have to buy a vacuum cleaner today
my cleaning lady refuses to vacuum again until i do
looking at that new shark rotator lift-off
i'v had many shark's over the yrs so i think i'll lke it haven't decided where to buy it yet

Going for a walk today. We have a path that's been paved and winds itself along the river that runs through town. People dump cats off there and of course some are wild and then there's the kittens. I go and feed them every time I can and get so they know me real well. I then see if some were pets from before and got lost or something or if they can be tamed. I have fairly good luck with finding them homes. Of course, all this takes quite some time and dedication but I do this gladly as I love animals so much. I've been tempted to bring so many home over the years but I have my own kitty and being a Siamese they don't like to share homes with other cats. It's just a trait of theirs. She's 9 and too old to change her ways anyway. It's illegal to go feed them but I do as in the end it works for the better. I, and sometimes there's a few others, carry the food in backpacks or bags so they don't know. Some people think it's wrong but I see it as saving some animals from the weather and a horrible life and I love helping them!

GRANA here;
Today, hubby changed the sheets& I took a shower to be worthy of the clean linens

I baked a special meal for the holiday" roast boneless lamb w/Greek green beans w/ yellow /gold potatoes; yummers!
Finished off w/ hot tea, almond biscotti &cantaloupe chunks
I also did the laundry ( generated by hubby changing the sheets and the week's accumulated things needing to be washed)I had planned to read more of the book hubby just broight home fom the library; another Knsey Millhone book in her alphabet series but have not yet had time to sit down ; fet up to read; perhaps afterI shut down my PC?????

Heading to the Library to pick up a couple of books that I have reserved.....a stop at the meat market to pick up something for Dinner.....that's about it. It is a dull day today.....very cloudy and some rain showers are making their way to the area. Good day to curl up with one of the good books that I will be picking up first. Hope everyone will be having a great day today....and.....always!

Today I'm going to go for a short hike on one of our mountains we have around. It's known locally as it used to be a volcano that blew it's top really far back. Anyway the top is all flat and once you're there it has all these wild flowers and animals around. And it's a nice day! :)
