I sent an email to VBB yesterday regarding the fact that I submitted a question for discussion and it did not appear on the site---not the first time this happened.  I never received a reply from

Emails to Very Best Baking-Did you send any and did you get a response?

I sent an email to VBB yesterday regarding the fact that I submitted a question for discussion and it did not appear on the site---not the first time this happened.  I never received a reply from them.  When we had the other site, if you sent them an email, you would get an email back that stated they had received your email and would get back to you in a certain amount of time.  Apparently they don't answer emails any longer and don't have the automatic email that says they received your email.  I guess the emails fall into a big hole never to be seen again!  What a way to run a railroad!!!  Has anyone else sent them an email and did you get a response?

I have received a reply to my emails about Brownie points. I received a reply within a few days and then my Brownie points got credited.

I received an email from them today that they NEVER received my emails.  They say that the last email from me was the beginning of August.  This week's emails were sent in October.  Something else that is not working, apparently.
