I love Halloween! I decorate inside and out! I love to see the kids costumes at the door. We also pass out full size candy bars, we figure if you can make it up the drive way and pass all the scary things you earned it!

Give the tikes the treat and the ones to big to be out the trick? Wink  More fun that way.
I would dress up our dog Puppy and he would stand by the door and show off his costume.

We all dress up - never too old!  We usually have a party to attend, but our standard has been cancelled this year.  The kids (HS and college age) do go door to door in selected neiborhoods, but they don't care about collecting candy so much as having people see them in their costumes.  We don't have much activity in our neighborhood, so we go to my mom's (which has a couple houses that REALLY go all out, starting in early Sept) and then to a friends area since she usually has a big set up.
This year the kids are going to a local amusement park that does a 'Fright Fest' every year.
Costume themes change alot, but we tend to do COSPlay (dress up as distinctive characters from shows, especially Anime.)

He is 7 weeks old there but I took a picture of him on his 3rd birthday this year.  He is even wearing a birthday hat and tie.  I have it posted in the Pet Lover disucssion on this forum.  Check it out!

Thank you!

Think I may just go ahead and dress up even my son asked me what I was going to be. Will check out the stores for something inexpensive to wear. Christmas is when I go all out. Love Christmas and all the decorating. I had a friend who loved Halloween and wow was her place decorated to the ninth. We lost each other after we moved from Germany. Thanks everyone, got to get over this old thing uh? You are as young as you feel.

i LIKE TO DRESS AS A" WITCH"; all in black, a  pointed cap on my head.Lights out lightst out, room lit only by one candle on the table in front of me. Most kids are too scared to ciome up for a   treat on the table in front of me.In Response to Do you dress up for Halloween? What are your plans? Trick or Treat?:

We do every year. My birthday is this week and I like to live it up!!! My neighbor has a corn maze across the street from our house and I'll be there, dressed up and hanging around the bonfire. It's the best!

Halloween is my favorite holiday. it is the fun time when everyone gets to dress up and walk from house to house for a treat.  I love the customes and the trick and treat from the kids (big and little).

The hallowween walk went well. There were buses of kids. The first night over 100 kids and adults.Second night 60ish. He had a haunted gold mine he built. He took the entire week off. it was so cool.I was the tour guide for the little people. That was our code to warn the monsters inside. We had a ole coot guarding the mine.fog machines, strobe lights, noises, ,secret scary spots.thh monsters had fun scary the older people, they had to go alone, without lights. It was so cool.Next year he is thinking dr. frankenstien.we had a freddy krugger impersonator show up we did not tell our monsters inside. freddy was behind me scracthing my back.i was the ole coots daughter dusty bottoms, country bumkin.as we started to walk through the scary part, freedy pretended to attack me.i let out this crazy scream , fell to the mine floor.we got all the monsters.oh it was priceless.i should have taped it.everyone had so much fun. at the end there was a disco tent.everyone had to disco to go inside for goodies and crafts.my family goes all out all the time....happy halloween......boo

My kids dress up and I take them trick-or-treating.  I usually do not dress up and we do not have parties.  We do decorate and the kids carve pumpkins.
