Tiadia, they messed up more than that. I have been logged out so many times tonight that I was ready to scream. And that was just for hitting my back arrow. You hit it to go back to another post and ZAP, you are gone. Admin. you are not listening to the clients!!!! You are giving robotic answers to our questions and concerns. Nearly everyone of them gives reassurance that brownie points will be re-instated and then asks us to tell you what we are having trouble finding. I could care less about brownie points. I didn't try to earn them since they meant -0- to me. I want to be able to find things without having to start from scratch with every key stroke. You hit the back arrow and you get logged out or you go to the page I assume is the home page (there isn't a tab for home page). I tried searching for a dip recipe. I liked one on the 2nd page and after about the 4th page, I tried to go back to it using the back arrow. HAH! One back stroke and I was logged out and again on the assumed home page. I had to start all over again to get back to the page I needed. As for what you can help us find...our friends, our exchanged recipes (that were on the message boards), our advice and tips, wishes and prayers. Also, put our standings back in order. I didn't first post in 2008, it was 2005! Nestle's really screwed up if they ok'd these message boards. They should have asked for input and votes from the users. Put the old message boards back up but clean them up first so really old posts are gone. That is what you can help us find. The old message boards with triumphs, failures, heartbreaks and happiness scattered thru out it along with great recipes and baking advice. Or at least reformat this farce of a message board to mimic the old ones. They were easy to navigate, easy to read, showed when new messages had been added since our last visit, had private messaging, showed who was on the boards and gave us a sense of belonging. Pam is right in saying that so much was lost. I don't care how hard you try to "fix" the problems on this, it will never be a site that most of us will feel comfortable trying to use. Too much personal info is available to anyone who wishes to try to use it. I have tried to change my name on my account and update it but it will not work either. I simply do not care to even try to messing with it. There is going to be a lot of people who will not be back. And, people who do not read about Nestle's products, are people who will not buy them.
