Gas here is $3.29 a gallon and I think we are usually less than many parts of the country. What's yours? Are you making any changes in travel?

It is $3.75 for regular in Brookville,PA. I think it is outrageous for the gas prices. I think that there is price gouging going on here & everywhere. We need to vote Obama OUT!! Get someone in with more moral's & stop killing our babies, stop islum, stop gay rights, leave  IN GOD WE TRUST on our money,  put Prayer & Bible reading back in our schools, & leave GOD in theFlag salute alone the way it has always been. AMEN? AMEN! !

When I started this thread on 3/3/11, I was horrified by paying $3.29.  Now it sounds good.
I haven't been out for a couple of days - then it was $3.89.

Husband had to get gas tonight since he has been driving since 3/3/11 on one tank. He put the $2something  a gallon in last night that we had in the storage shed and then tonight wiped out $100 on trying to fill the tank. It didn't do it. Only got 27 gallons and he has a HUGE tank. We have to have locked gas caps and leave one mean dog loose with the cars in our area now. It was $3.78.9 this am but had dropped to $3.62.9 when he came thru. Every penny saved helps.

Gas was $4.24 this morning. We have some of the highest prices in the nation here in California,  It will be interesting to see what the profits are at the next petroleum company reports.

This is what I found for the April 2011 reports:

Other industries whose results are closely tied to the strength of the global economy are also expected to show profit gains of at least 10 percent, such as energy and industrial companies. Analysts expect Exxon Mobil Corp. to report earnings of $1.92 per share, up 44 percent from a year ago. It benefited from higher crude oil prices, which jumped above $100 per barrel during the quarter after starting the year at $91.38.
