try this:

1) clean your mouse and mouse pad (dirt on either can cause this jumping issue)
2) Get a mouse pad or something with a solid color (bean from mouse might be refracting off the current surface you are using)

I like to print recipes that come out "recipe card' size.  They are easier to file away so I can find them again, but with this new program I see no spot for anything except full size.  Is there or will there be the option to print recipe size?

Once upon a time food was the subject on this site.

This option will be back soon in time for the holidays!

Sorry about the computer question, was just trying to see if anyone could help. Will post at geek sites not here, and if that does not help will save up to take it someplace to fix. My intention was not to upset anyone or cause any problems by non food items. Again my deepest apologies.

Hi Nancy am trying to cope with this darn mouse but feel I will have to take it in to one of those computer places. I received sad news and am down in the dumps and sending prayers up to God. I trust Him and put everything in His hands. Thanks Nancy.

Sharon - I'm adding you to my prayers ... and we know He is listening.

Your mouse .... I take mine to WalMart!!  Yes - WalMart.   The first time I was having problems I went to WalMart to just buy a new mouse.  The lovely, kind, soft spoken woman in charge of their compute dept. showed me what to do.
Just last month I did have to buy a new mouse .... I went straight to WalMart and got a super Microsoft cordless mouse for very little money.

Dancing mouse, huh, Sharon? I had that happen to me, too. It was so frustrating. Sometimes I couldn't even find the arrow on my monitor! Someone told me about changing something in my settings so it wouldn't do that. Well, that didn't work....only made things worse! So I ended up buying a new mouse. I think it's a digital one or something like that....can't remember right offhand. But one good thing is I don't need a mousepad with it and it works great!!!
And hey! I'm totally NOT offended by your post asking for help! Before the site changed, the Baking Memories "family" used to talk about all kinds of topics, not just baking! I don't think it's written anywhere that we HAVE to only talk about baking and recipes on this site! I, for one, always enjoy reading your posts!

That sure is good news, VBB! Hopefully, the "whole" site will be back in tune before the holidays?
