WE MAKE A PARTY OF DECORATING THE TREE, LISTENING TO CHRISTMAS MUSIC..WE HAVE TONS OF FOOD, GOODIES. WE TAKE TONS OF PHOTOS. WHEN THE KIDS WERE YOUNG ALL THE ORNAMENTS WERE ON THE BOTTOM. I COULD NOT MOVE THEM. THEY STAERTED TO MOVE UP THE TREE.NOW I HAVE 3 SONS CLOSE TO OR TALLER THAN 6FT.THEY ARE MORE TOWARDS THE TOP. SO I SIT ON A STOOL OR THE FLOOR DOING THE BOTTOM.
AFTER WE FINISH WE WATCH CHRISTMAS MOVIES.HOME ALONE ,THE FIRST MOVIE......COCOA AND GINGERBREAD COOKIES..

I said having a big dinner with the family, but all of them are favorites! And another favorite tradition is baking lots of cookies!

Baking is my favorite thing to do any time of the year, but I especially love it during the holidays. Things just taste better and seem to look prettier too.

After decorating the tree we have a nice dinner of fried cabbage and noodles and our home made fresh garlic sausage which the whole family helped make followed by a nice dessert of some sort and watch movies and enjoy the tree and each others company. Then we celebrate again for the holiday,we do a practice run some times more than once.LOL
