Not me Ann -- I sleep so well..... just too well most of the time.
Maybe two or three times a year I can't get to sleep but that's unusual.

Oh, good grief ........
I just posted and then thought, "I should tell people to live a life as boring as mine.  They will sleep"

Very funny Nancy.   With all the things you do, your life is anything but boring.

I could probably stay up all night and sometimes I do.  Very bad sleep pattern here.  I used to be able to sleep around the clock and then some when I was younger.  Then I got carpal tunnel syndrome and uninterrupted sleep went out the window lol.  Even after two surgeries(on one hand) it didn't get much better.  Oh well, you learn to live with it.

I usually say a Rosary and some other prayers and then if I still can't sleep, I get up and read or do other things that need to be done.

Nancy,  Your life isn't boring!! You are always making cookies and you have
your cats.  Could be that you are really contented so you sleep really well.

I read a little each night before lights out, and have no trouble nodding off.

I read a little (in bed) almost every night & after the 2nd yawn, I turn the reading light off & drift off to sleep shortly.

I take a warm shower at night but I am usually ready for bed after that.

Most of the time I don't have any problem getting to sleep.

I can fall asleep - my problem is STAYING there.  I wake up so often during the night...for a long time I was on Trazodone, which helped so much - but it was doing bad things to my blood sugar, so I stopped taking it.  Back to being awake for hours at a time in the middle of the night...:(  If it weren't for my books (and my Kindle) those hours would be horrible!

I usually fall asleep fairly easily but have to get up to the bathroom sooner that I'd like.

HM, sorry to hear about your lack of success with your carpal tunnel syndrome.  I had it done on my left hand and all was back to normal in no time. Can't even see the scar as the surgeon carefully made the cut along one of the palm lines.  He is a fantastic surgeon that specializes in hand surgery

I usually fall asleep in about 5 minutes.  I do wake up during the night, but stretch, roll over and am back to sleep in a few seconds.

i do sleep well, more so since i began sleeping on my right side (i was a confirmed  belly sleeper )

I don't have trouble  going to sleep but I also wake up several times
during the night .If I roll over I can go back to sleep but if I have to go
to the bathroom it takes at least an hour to get back to sleep. I have
never taken anything to help me sleep.
