We had snow yesterday here in Danville Va my son was excited covered the ground. A bit cold went down to 54 degrees in here so I turned the heat on.

Here in Cleveland Ohio it is 28 degrees with a light dusting of snow.I can't believe only 20 more days until Christmas.

Yep, a real chiller here today, too. Had 18 degrees this morning and now it's only 21. That's as high as it will get today, I'm afraid! But the horrific wind out there is making it even colder! Only good thing about this weather is it brings all the birdies out to our feeders! Having fun watching them as I sit here at my computer. Such fun to watch them!

It's freezing cold so I should be getting birds on my deck ... there's lots of food and suet ... and I'm not getting one.
I even bought lots of super fancy suet for the usual batch of blue birds that come in during the winter.

Oh my, Maxine, what cruel words! Julie is NOT being rude! Apparently you haven't read very many posts on VBB....she has trouble with her eyesight and cannot see well. That is the reason she types in capital letters! I have done so myself at times so she can read the print better! We all need to walk a mile in someone else's shoes before criticizing them!
And Julie...I agree....a lot of kids AND adults don't use any common sense when going out in this bitter cold weather! There were actually people in the grocery store with summer shorts on!!! Unbelieveable!!
Nancy, you beat us by one....we had 15 here this morning! The wind is even worse than yesterday and the snow heavily falling yet!! Supposed to last right through 6 tomorrow morning!! White Christmas for sure this year!!

10 Degrees here this morning, with a wind chill of -2. Hmmm. It seems like a great day to make more Christmas cookies! This is the first year I have done so after my diagnosis of type 2 diabetes in May. It's tough not sampling a lot as I go along! (Of course, I had to have one of the new ones I made yesterday. They are definitely keepers!)

Good Morning everyone,well it's 19 degrees here in sunny Cleveland Ohio,the high will be 26 degrees.It's snowing now and it's really not sunny but I wish it was :) I'm going to fire up the stove and make some bread this morning,the smell of it baking will make me glad I'm inside.
