It's 34 with a wind chill of 28 this morning in Hot springs , AR.  The high will be 46.  The rest of the week will be colder - the 20's and low 30's.  That's cold for here.  Some snow is expectected too.

cold, snowing again, going cross counry sking with a half dozen friends. great  workout..love to be outside, cold, hot...i find something to do.......have a great day.

Oh boy in Cleveland Ohio,the present temperature is 9*,9* that really cold but you know what I don't care I'm not going out at all .Staying warm in my kitchen by the stove and Romeo has taken his position by the heat vent.

It's 27 with a wind chill of 18 - snow is expected.  The high will be 32.  This is in southern  AR.

here in Colorado ..I woke up to snow this morning and we are supposed to get between 5 and 10 inches of snow...time to do some baking

28 here -- that snow storm is supposed to hit here this afternoon .... and get worse tomorrow. 
I'm so fortunte that I can stay cuddled right here with the cats.

Looks like more snow and cold headed our way. We have some snow but more will fall. Everyone in the south keep safe and warm. Was watching it on the weather channel last night. God be with you all.

They are calling for snow again in VA.  I don't mind the snow so much, unless I am digging out.  But this time we may get ice too.  I really hate that! Frown

It's in the 20's and wind chill in the teens.  We can't get up the steep driveway at our condo because of snow over ice, even with our 4 wheel drive vehicle.  You can't argue with Mother Nature.

Snowing hard here and it's COLD.   Late in the afternoon I went out front to put some bird seed under some bushes - an area that was still clear.  Not an hour later my footprints were filled - completely disappeared.
I worry so about those birds.

It's the ice that is so treacherous. No matter how you do it it is difficult to drive on or walk on.  Some of the people in the "big SUV's" think they can stop easily but on a sheet of ice it is almost impossible to stop with any control.
Best thing to do...Stay home make a cup of coffee, tea, cocoa and watch TV, read a book, or see if there is anything new on this site.
Stay warm and stay safe.
