Haven't looked too closely at the thermometor yet but cold outside. Not snowing though so looks like we will make the Christmas program at church about 45 miles away. Have to leave by 9 so thought I'd get a jump-start and check out VBB early! Have a good day my fellow VBBers and hopefully you will all be attending a worship service at some church this morning to celebrate the birth of our Lord!

Thank you Carol ... May God bless you and yours.  I'm working (hee hee hee well, I soon will be) getting all my cookies and candies assembled for taking to my church this morning.  I am wondering it maybe tonight would be better. 
We're getting light snow - no problem - and it's 28
I hope and pray there is not too much snow -- tonight is is the Christmas program.

Don't forget to check out the lunar eclipse of the moon Monday night. Supposed to appear coppery red.

I hadn't heard about the eclipse but I will be watching especially if the weather is like today 50 and nice.

I don't know what time of the night it is supposed to be best for viewing. I hope not three in the morning or something like that. I'm checking in at 6:00 with my loacl news/weather to see. It's nice to think we'll all be watching together. Awwww! I'm starting to feel all warm and fuzzy!

It's warm as toast here ..... wonderful time at church last night and in 10 minutes I'm heading out to that crazy breakfast group.
I'm taking bags of cookies and candy to each of them.

I think I should run to the store and get all those last mimute menu items for Christmas because there's a weather advisory looming over the Chicago area... and I have to work the night shift tonight too!  Wonder what I'll be driving through this evening...

It's 19 degrees here in MN, with another winter storm warning - expect to get an additional 4-8 inches of snow today! On top of the 20+ inches we got a week ago!

It has been raining since Friday, My pond was empty now it is just about to over flow. We also had to buy a pump to pump out the flower bed in front of the house cause there is over a foot of water Stuck in there.

Temp 32 wind chill 28. The Clouds ruined the view of the Lunar Eclipse. It should be visiible again in 80 years.

We're to be somewhere between 63-65 today. But by Christmas in the upper 30s / low 40s and a chance of flurries. I want it to feel more like December than Feb or March.

30 degrees here and SNOW on the ground.   It looks so pretty.  The road is clear, heard the snow plows going most of the night.  Now all that needs to get done is the driveway.  I will get out and go work out myself then go help a wheelchair bound woman do some exercises to help keep her flexibility.  Later on babysitting.  Although I tell the kids, your are not babies and I don't sit on you so I don't know why we call it babysitting.  We will make Buckeye candy and peppermint bark  for them to give to their Mom and Dad. I figure those are great projects for them.
