Does anyone else have trouble getting their points from one day to the next.  I go on site and go into different sites and do not get credit for it.   Help!

Elsie:

Currently the Brownie Points program is lacking (we've heard the feedback from you and other VBBers) and are working to develop a program that is valuable to everyone.  Can you share what you've liked about the Brownie Point program in the past?

Yes just went to an old post and added the info here did not see this one at the time. When I logged in today I was showing 64,595 points, yesterday I had 64.545 brownie points. Went to VBB and have all the points required but only received 40 points. That does seem odd. No idea what is going on. Please help Staff and thanks in advance.

In the old system we had a tally total showing us exactly what we had in brownie points that way we knew we received our points for the day. It showed exactly 205 points if not we knew we had to get more to receive our daily total.

The only good thing about the Brownie Point program in the past was that it got you looking through the web site in order to get the points.  But, the points don't do you any good except as entries into the sweepstakes.  Do away with the Brownie Points program and just use signing in as an entry into the sweepstakes (1 entry per day).

I was getting some Brownie points but none the past week. I hope it gets fixed soon. I wish there was a Very Best Baking catalog that we could get stuff using our Brownie Points.

Jean and other VBBers:

We have captured this suggestion; thank you for taking the time to share.  We've heard from other VBBers that a sweeps entry isn't very exciting; how do you feel?

I have no interest in sweeps ....... I wish my points were worth coupons or something like that..... something I was certain about.

I liked it when we received gifts with brownie points. I had gotten two aprons and loved them. Be nice to have that system back.

I like the idea of using points towards gifts in a catalog.  Great suggestion.  Using so many points to get something worthwhile would be great.  After all the work to get points and then only one sweeps winner, big deal.

The catalog idea is good, but then keep in mind that the items shouldn't be too high in points so that the members don't have a hard time collecting that many points!

I haven't gotten any points in the last week or two.  If we were guaranteed our points everyday I too like the idea of a catalog

Get rid of the points. They are not really worth that much. Put info back on the site that was removed that actually was worth something because it helped us when baking.

I don't know about you all but I am getting points for ALL posts and reviews with no daily limit. They keep adding on from the listing at sign=in.

I like being entered automatically into the drawings when points are accumulated. Hope that part doesn't change. Wish  I  could win...

But I don't want internet coupons that I print at home.  Redeeming them has gotten difficult, I don't bother any more.  i would like them to mail coupons to us!

Lisa:

Thanks for the feedback.  At what retailers have you difficulty redeeming internet coupons?
