Does anyone else have trouble getting their points from one day to the next.  I go on site and go into different sites and do not get credit for it.   Help!

I find the new site confusing and I have not figured out how to get brownie points yet.

My Brownie Points have stayed at 49665 for a long time now.

I understand that new site has go though a transitions period . . . or change . . . or whatever words you wish to call it are never easy. Website transitions are hard to do. I too like many of you have lost brownie points here, but these points are just the tip of the iceberg for me anyway. I do not know about the rest of you but, I cannot find my way around here at all. How do you find new recipes? How do you add recipes? How do you find you recipes that you uploaded? I am so glad I had most of my recipes still no paper!

I miss the OLD WEB Site at least we could find out way around there. I am not saying that site should not upgrade change. But, you took down a site that gave us what . . . in return . . . yes it pictures flash at us, (and for any of you besides myself who gets headaches this get old real fast).

What we needed we had with the older web site was a user friendly site. It aloud users find our recipes, ask our questions if we had them, upload our recipes to the site and grab a few coupons and we cannot for get the bonus contest that you ran that made us what to come back even more.

I miss that warmth of the other site, I do not know about everyone else but this is my thoughts. These things should have been tested and worked out before putting them out to us... with the holidays coming up I know I would have liked to have been able to not have to worry about learning a new site. Well I think you all know my thought on this.

Thanks for listening,

I like the idea of a catalog to buy things with our points

Vicky:

Thank you for outlining your concerns so that we can reply.

New recipes can be found in the Recipe Finder "Most Recent" and are also featured on the bottom left of every page.
Swapped Recipes (Added Recipes) are coming back soon; we will get exact dates to you this week.
Recipes that you uploaded (from VeryBestBaking) can be found in your "My Recipe Box" at the top of every page.
Coupons are in Coupons & Promotions.
We will have contests frequently and the Brownie Point program is being improved so that it is something all our VBBers value once again.

We hope you take the time to review the new site some more and find some of the great new content we've added in Resources and the new stories that are added every day in Shared Stories.

We value the time you've spent on the site in the past and hope we can earn your loyalty again in the future.
