Anybody else lose brownie points lately ?  Yesterday I had over 43,000 and today I only have 3490.  I wonder what's going on.

Judy, every once in  a while I think there's a glitch in the servers and this happens.  Usually it's fixed by the next day.  If not, then I would contact VBB through the live chat.  I have done that and they are pretty good about fixing it right away.  Hope this helps.

Just like Gale said .... that loss of points occasionally happens to me but they are always right back in place in a few hours.

You guys are correct.  I just got back on now and have my 43000+ points.  I figured it wouldn't last long.

I've had this happen, too.  I think we all have.  Glad you got yours back.

I lost a bunch a couple days ago and then I had to log in each time.  Then they came back yesterday, and today they are gone again.  For some reason, I'm still having to log in each time.  Very strange!!!!!

Recently I've only had to log on once.  I like to stay logged in and get annoyed if I have to re-do it each time.

I'm with you Judy.  Logging in all the time is annoying.  Today when I logged in I had the regular number of brownie points that I have had for awhile.  Then when I just logged in again, I had lost a whole bunch and I'm still having to log in each time!  Grrrrr!

Barbara, I had to log in today too.  Not sure what's going on now.  But I did notice that the box was unchecked, the one that says "keep me logged in on this computer".  If you forget to check the box it will make you log in every time.

I always make sure the box is checked....Usually it isn't when I have to log in, but I make sure it is checked when I do log in.......but it doesn't seem to make any difference...I still have to log in the next time.  Apparently the "keep me logged in or recognize me on this computer" box doesn't work!!!!  Annoying!!!!
