I never saw one before, but I saw a double rainbow!  Just awesome!!

My husband and I live in the country with woods on both sides of our property.  Well, one morning, very early, my husband was looking out our French doors and called me to come quickly.  There was a Mommy deer coming out of the woods and right behind her was 2 little fawns; they still had the spots.

Also, one night I had to take Jinx outside to do his duty before going to bed.  Well, I brought my flash light along watching out for skunks.  All of a sudden, I saw these green eyes, then another, and another; total of 7.  Here it was deer.  Now that was a neat thing to see too!

I love being out in the country!

That is so nice to see animals in their natural habitat. My Mom loved deers, her favorite animal. We have the metro park system though several cities. We always would look for deer and for years and years never saw any.Well now they are everywhere.Every once in awhile they even wonder up on our street. My Mom lived with my brother until her last year and then stayed with me because she required constant care. Now since she passed away my brother has herds of deer going through his yard,my mom would have been so excited to see deer in her yard.My brother sent me a picture of the one doe he calls "Cloe" she is standing on her hind legs picking apples out of the tree.Oh so beautiful!

Wisconsin in fall as the leaves are changing is a sight to behold. The Colorado mountains in all their splendor takes a persons breath away. The Badlands of South Dakota are an amazing view also. The list could go on and on but just to say we are truly blessed to have such breathtaking scenery in our country and the freedom to see it all.
