My other post disappeared. Lost 58585 points had 995 yesterday today have 760 so that is frustrating. Been coming for years now and love Verybestbaking but sure hope i get my points back. Will keep trying to navigate and learn.

I know some of you get familiar with "the way things were", but I like the new website.  I think it is really good looking.  (After all, who doesn't get irritated when the grocery stores decide to move things around and, all of a sudden, you can't find anything where it always was previously?)

Thanks so much for restoring my Brownie Points.  Great, quick response, VBB techs!

Why is it when I click on various pages like my recipe box, my profile, etc. It says oops!  Page not found.

I miss everything about the old site. I have got 5 points in 3 days. I wish I would have printed
a lot of recipes that are no longer there. I miss reading the memories. I am not coming back
to this site.  I have wasted to much time on this site. Too bad!!!! I use to like this site.

I also do kind of like the colors and look of the new site. It seems to be running a bit faster now than it first did, except for some of the pages that still lag. I'm with Ronda...I can't find the points chart to keep track of my points either. I'm not sure how to even earn points any longer. Where do we find that information, VBB? Most frustrating tonight when I got on was trying to find a recipe. I did a search for it but it brings up no results. I can't even get my recipe box open because VBB signs me out when I try. I don't know if this post will even appear because a few minutes ago I tried to post something and it took me back to the VBB home page. I tried repeatedly and then noticed VBB had signed me out! Very frustrating! I am truly hoping you get the kinks worked out soon so we can once again find things we are looking for and be able to navigate the site more easily. Thanks, VBB, for any help you can give me!

It is very hard to navigate.  Do they still have the swapped recipes?  Some of them are the best.  So far I haven't found them.

I am NOT pleased with the new web site.  I cannot find ANYTHING on this new site.  Do we still have the same old topics which we were comfortable with and could easily find?  Where are MEMORIES, is there still a place to submit recipes, what about articles, etc.???Where do we check our Brownie points like we had on the old web site???  I tried to send something four times and each time it was deleted before I could finish it and send it.  Also, I tried to save a Nestle recipe and when I went to check if it was in my box, it was NOT and it told me that the last recipe posted was January 2009.  What happened to all the recipes I saved from January 2009 to the present time???????  Also it now shows that you can get up to 205 points per day.  It shows signing in for 100 points.  Is it really 100 or is it 5?  I did not see any 5 points listed and if I remember correctly the items listed totalled 250.  What do you get 5 points for?  I don't dare go to the screen it was listed on for fear this will again disappear.  I also don't want to type too much longer for the same fear!!!

The old site was much much easier to navigate.  You should post some kind of instructions and let people know where things are.  It is NOT VERY USER FRIENDLY!!!!!!!  I used to love coming on to this site.  If things don't improve and I can't find things, guess I won't be coming here very often.  I really enjoyed Memories.  You get to know the people and they became almost like family.

HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm not about to retype all of my previous reply.  Twice I've spent the time to type up my thoughts and twice when I've clicked to post, I've gotten an error and my comments have apparently been lost.  If this doesn't improve I won't be doing any commenting on this site!

If it ain't broke--don't fix it!  WHY did you do this?  We liked it the way it was!  It wasn't boring, it wasn't out of date, it was easy to navigate & WE LIKED IT FINE!   It's NOTa matter of, like Mary C said, "After all, who doesn't get irritated when the grocery stores decide to move things around and, all of a sudden, you can't find anything where it always was previously?"  That has nothing to do with it.  It's more like there's food in the grocery store, but you discover they don't sell Coke, toilet paper and pet food anymore!   Where is all the good stuff in VBB?  It has nice colors but there's barely any info on the Brownie points or what they are useful for, apparently the Memories & articles are gone, the site is somehow hard to navigate.  Or maybe there isn't much to navigate TO.  And if you want to ask a question, you can't just ask a general question, you have to type in a UPC code of one of the products or it won't let you email VBB--same with the phone contact numbers--they only seem to be for specific product inquiries.  These posts are, I guess, the only way to communicate with VBB--maybe the online chat works, I haven't tried that yet.

I REALLY liked everything about the old site.  I miss everything about it.  Something is missing on this new site & it doesn't feel right anymore.  Even if the points get straightened out, I feel like I'm in unfamiliar territory & it's lost whatever it was that made it unique & user-friendly & useful.  The connection we had enjoyed is...missing?!?!  What happened?

Yes and no.  The graphics are colorful and bright and tje website seems more up-to-date.  However, I don't care for the faxt that you cannot check your points for each time you are on the site.  The old one had things listed in a row which was easier.

I really like the new look of the site.  That said, the words are very pale, at least on my computer, and I find it hard to read - squinting gives me a headache!  I was pleased to see that my points had magically reappeared this morning, however!  I, too, find it somewhat annoying to have to sign in every time, but I read on the other posts that that is a problem you are working on fixing, so I guess I can tolerate it for awhile on my daily visits!

I'm sure it will take some getting used to but it should have been complete and accessible BEFORE just throwing all the members into the fire..

NO! This is not a well thought out site. Its glitz made to let us think they care. They've done nothing to update the content, just shifted it around a bit, added color, different design, and absolutely no information on how to navigate through it. It is a nice looking site, but nice looking doesn't do it when that's all there is. Obviously they weren't listening to us.
I rate this site 5 thumbs downFrown
