This is the third snow day this month. What do you do with your kids on a snow day? I think we will do some baking and work on school projects...When the snow ends we will go outto shovel and play. Ha

This is the third snow day this month. What do you do with your kids on a snow day? I think we will do some baking and work on school projects...When the snow ends we will go outto shovel and play.

We didn't have a snow day today, but when we do have one I usually bake with the kids, work on homework for school and projects/merit badges for scouts.  If it isn't too cold or snowy, the kids like to go outside and build snowforts.

Back in the olden days when I had children home from school we would bake, make homemade soup and play board games.  Hopefully some day I will have grandbabies to do this with!!

I will shovel the driveway and stairs,do some housework and work multiplication with my son.

I would try some special family things together. Games, cooking or just talking..Have fun whatever..

As usual -- I baked the cookies made from the dough I made last night.   This afternoon I plan to make more dough.
Baking is such a good way for me to spend cold, snowy days.

I agree with Renee, back in the days when I had children home from schooll on snow days we baked, played games, played in the snow,

shoveled the snow.  Hopefully, like Renee, maybe some day we will have grandchildren to do it with.
