I would replace half with the strawberries you want to use and half with raisins. Just a guess but the dried cranberries and the raisins have a bit more sugar than the dried strawberries. The texture is also a bit different, the raisins or cranberries will be chewy, the dried strawberries may re-hydrate a bit but I doubt if the texture will be chewy. I think the dried strawberries are a bit crunchier than chewy, at least the ones I have had. Let me know how the cookies turned out. I love "playing with my food" always looking for something new to do.
