Elsa, according to your poll there are now 3 of us in Illinois. My how our state has shrunk lol. Funny that Nikki mentioned Arlington Heights since that's where I live and my kids went to Palatine schools. So nice to see people from all over the country on here. It sure is a small world thanks to the web!

H.M. then you know about the place I told Nancy about for the nuts. The old Home Economist on Northwest Highway in Barrington. It is now called Fisher's hometown Nuts. Their new place over on Randall Rd in Elgin is amazing. Tuesday, senior day 10% off. It is John B. Sanfilippo and Son Inc.
They have some pretty good prices on a lot of baking items.

Ann, I could not locate the Kugel recipe. What I did learn going through all my posts is...I sure do talk a lot!
Would love it if you could post it again. Sorry for making you do it again. If there was a way to give you my email address I would do that. But I am sure there are others that missed it and would love the recipe. What's not to love about a noodle kugel?
