It takes me days to decorate and even longer to put them away. They just never go back the way they came out, so i start taking them down New Year's Day

The weekend after Little Christmas (January 6th). Sometimes it takes two weekends, depending on what's going on/how tired I am & the boys availability to put everything in the attic.

I usually put them away after the new year, too, but this year I'm kind of ready to start now. I look forward to putting out the Christmas decorations, but also for them to be put away and my "everyday"things to come back out. I almost forget where I used to have things!

Well - all I had was a wreath on the door and a pot of fake poinsettias on the front step .... both are put away.

We always wait until the day after the 12th day of Christmas. After the decorations are packed away that is when the snowmen come out!

Since January 6 is not on a weekend, probably the 8th or so. Since it takes so long to decorate, we figure we might as well leave them up for a while lol.

Our son comes for a few days the first week of January and we still have decorations up. After he leaves we take them down.

I usually put Christmas decorations away the weekend after the New Year. I love to decorate for the holidays and it always seems so empty when I put everything away. I always manage to have a little more decorations to put away each year. Hummm... :) Happy New Year!

I did it yesterday when I got home from work. I usually put them away after New Years. The only thing I left up was the wreath on the door. It says let it snow, so I usually leave it up longer.

I may leave mine up a call it a Christmas museum. Then all I have to do is worry about the dust.....No Really I plan on taking mine down starting on January 6 or so until Valentines day! Yep that should be just about my time frame>>>LOL
