My husband was talking to a friend who lives in New Mexico.  The subject got around to St. Patrick's day.  His friend mentioned that for dinner they were having corned beef, but as corned beef taco's.  I guess that is appropriate in New Mexico!  Did you have something different for dinner on St. Patrick's day?

Guess I was excited or worried but never ate the corned beef. I just put the whole thing in the fridge until after the procedure Fri..  It went well enough for me to slice up the Corned Beef Brisket. After a few hours I notice the pain is still there but well hidden and under control between meds and new neurostimulator. So now I have a number of packs of the most delicious lunch meat sliced just as I like. WinkFoot in mouthTongue out

John -- Pain is still there?  Will that leave when surgery is healed?   I hope so!

Dinner tonight was deli fried chicken, deli potato salad, tomatoes, potato chips and a big glass of cold milk

We usually have corned beef and cabbage for St. Patrick's Day.  The only thing different about mine is that I add potatoes to it.
