For my son's book report we created these cookies and they were a huge hit!  Just make chocolate chip cookie dough and use one bag of  mint and dark chocolate chips for the regular chocolate chips.  YUM!  I think we will change the name to minty chip cookies and they will become a holiday favorite.

How inventive young mothers are! I think that nana may try your trick since we all like mint-chip! Thanks for the hint.

Hi BakeMeAway - what a great name you have!    Could I ask how you managed to use a name like that?
Your mint cookies sound wonderful .... I sure wish I could get some mint chips around here.

Last year Nestles told me how to flavor any chocolate chip with mint extract but I was not very happy with the results.

Actually, I think the name of your cookies is sure to be a huge hit with the little ones!  I wouldn't change the name at all because all the kids will want to see what a dragon's breath tastes like!!!  Very creative - great job!

By gum, I think you've hit upon a cookie flavor favorite!  LOL  I wouldn't change the name, it sounds just perfect.
