Love handing out the goodies for Halloween. The little ones know I am the house with the special treats (Candy bars, stickers and individual chips) They look so cute and are so excited--Even the BIG kids come by so all and all it is a very happy time.

Genie, welcome to VBB. This is a great site for those who enjoy baking and comraderie.

It sounds like you enjoy Halloween, and the children enjoy coming to your home. I too enjoy handing out treats, and seeing what the latest costume fads are.

I used to love seeing the kids in their costumes. But I live out in the country now. The houses are too far apart to encourage anyone to go from door to door. They seem to go to school or church functions instead.

Welcome Genie,please come back and share recipes with us.I love Halloween also.We saw the kids in the neighborhood doing their annual parade around the school in their costumes,all so cute! Happy Halloween!!!!
