I would love to make a batch of these for my Sunday night kids at church.  I'd need at least 10, maybe more .... then I'd have the teens coming to "see what we were making" - lol -  hmmmmmmm if I made for the teens too I'd need maybe 20-25.
Do I need to buy two or three popcicle molds?   Is there any way I could use just one?
I've never made a popcicle before.

lol lol lol -- Renee, dipping in chocodlate sounds wonderful!

Nancy,
50 plus years ago my mom would make us popsicles from canned fruit ( pears, peaches etc) she would put a plastic spoon in a juice glass. When our kids were small I would use the paper cups that we used in the bathroom dispenser (3oz.) I made over 30 one time for school (the cups worked great for travel)

Fran -- THANKS.............What a great idea.   I have a big pkg of those 3 oz paper cups and, of all things, I have lots of wooden sticks that were in cellophane in bags of caramels.  (I use the caramels in brownies instead of candy apples but I save the sticks)

Now, tell me how to avoid washing all that fruit.  Laughing Wink

They would be good and cooling.  It is supposed to be 101 degrees tomorrow.  I think I'll head for the kitchen to see what I can come up with!

dipped in chocolate would be wonderful.
Hate to say it but once I got all the fruit cut up and in the bowl the mixture would never make it to the freezer. I would make a meal out of it with a bit of sweetened yogurt.
