I pretty much have a set menu each year...mainly because my sons are traditionalists!!! The past few years I have been brining my turkey, and it turns out nice and juicy. I have real mashed potatoes with a little garlic added, and make gravy from the drippings. My stuffing recipe is from an elderly aunt, and the cranberry relish is from another aunt. We have to have green bean casserole with french fried onion rings, and candied yams. I make rolls and my sons insist on having sweet Hawaiian rolls as well. Dessert is always 1 pumpkin pie and the second pie will vary between apple, pecan or cherry. If we're having extra guests I'll add a few side dishes.
