Sorry about your fudge.  I am sure you can still find a use for it, ice cream or cake comes to mind. Now for a few ideas.
1. Are you sure you used the correct milk?  Think the recipe calls for evaporated milk.
2. Did you cook it long enough?  The recipe, if you used the one on this site it is pretty forgiving but you do need to cook it for a bit.
3. If the recipe you used called for marshmallow fluff was it fresh? I have found some times it separates.  Not a problem for sandwiches but for cooking it may be a problem.

It might help if you posted the recipe you used that might help in trying to figure out what happened.

If it was a recipe where temperature is important did you use a candy thermometer or a bit of cold water?  If you used a thermometer was it accurate?
Sorry it this response is not much help, I hope others have more ideas.

Had the same thing happen to me a few years ago with a new recipe.  The wonderful thing is that is makes excellent fudge topping for ice cream.  Just put it in small mason jars with a cute lid and ribbon, and no one needs to know!

I am sorry that your fudge didn't set.  Did you cook it the right amount of time?  Sometimes if I don't cook the fudge long enough I get a pourable chocolate that I just dip fruit.  NO CHOCOLATE IN ANY FORM GOES TO WASTE IN THIS HOUSE...lol

I tried to make peanut butter fudge with peanut butter morsels last year.  The fudge got "weepy" instead of firm.  I think it might have been too humid in the house the day I made it.  Sometimes the humidity has a funny effect on fudge not setting properly.

I have never had a problem with this recipe. What did happen, did you figure it out?

I still think it should have had more cooking time because if it only reaches soft ball stage it will be a soft platter of NOT FUDGE.
