Susan,   Will this work in a candy mold? I have oval 2 bite shaped molds & would chill the mold before putting the buttercream in & then chill again & hope the shapes would slide out when turned over & thumped. In Response to Re: Easter April 24th 2011 :

Fran...

I can't see why not, I would think it would save you time not having to hand roll the mixture.  Then when you pop them out, they are ready for dipping in choc.  Lucky you!

Now, I did post the website address so please look for it!  If you can't find the website or recipe, let me know and I will be happy to post them for you Fran!

Thank you!

Hello Nancy!

I just goggled for Easter Candy and that is how I found it!

Yes, I have all 5 recipes:  So which ones do you want?

1.  Butter Cream Easter Eggs
2.  Coconut Cream Easter Eggs
3.  Peanut Butter Easter Eggs
4.  Cherry, Pineapple & Coconut Eggs
5.  Fruit & Nut Easter Eggs (Mar. Cherries & Pecans)

Let me know, now it will be a lot of typing so I may not be able to post all the same day.  I probably can get them done over a few days.

Let me know!  :')

I checked out the peanut butter eggs and I must say they look very good.  A bit different than the ones I have made in the past.  My recipe contained no cream cheese so I will have to try this out.

Nikki...

My Mom never put cream cheese in her eggs either!  It's funny, the recipe calls for the bags of flaked coconut and I remember as a kid that my Mom bought the actual coconut and my job was to grind the coconut!  I just love those memories!!  ;')
