Good Luck Susan. The real trick to successful yeast baking is temperature. Be sure the water you dissolve the yeast in is about body temp......Years ago we used to test a baby's bottle temp, by testing a few drops on the inside of your arm...use the same test for yeast. Also be sure you find a warm place to let your dough rise.....but not too hot. It is sort of a balancing act. But don't get discouraged, YOU CAN DO IT!!!!!
