When I am baking, regardless of what it is, I am in 7th Heaven!!  All my cares are gone, my mind is on my baking, and I don't even know what might be going on anywhere else!

For me the great joy in baking is seeing the smiles when you hand someone an unexpected pile of cookies.

I really love baking but can't have all the calories.  I would love to bake
everyday but I have to lose more weight. Frown

I agree, Nancy. I love the joy expressed when I share baked goods with friends and family, and those Navy guys and gals!!!
