One of my family's favorites is roll-ups. All you need is large flour tortillas, cream cheese, powdered ranch dressing, drained artichoke hearts, pimento strips and a package of any thin sliced meat. I have used chicken, turkey, ham or corned beef. You can also add sliced black olives if you want. Just mix the cream cheese and salad dressing, spread on tortillas, then layer with artichoke hearts, pimento strips and meat. Roll tightly and wrap in plastic wrap. You can make these ahead of time and just slice into one inch pieces the night before. They look very pretty on a plate and no baking required.
