Krissy, what do you want to make?  Do you want something sweet or a meat dish?
 Does it have to be 0 calories?   Very difficult to make something and have 0 calories (unless you are talking a glass of water).

Something with 0 calories: this reminds me of an old childhood joke played on me by my brother. He would ask me if I wanted a float, and of course the answer was YES, thinking root beer float. He would bring me a pine float = a glass of water with a toothpick in it.

GRANA here;
Hi Krissy f;
You ask a very difficult question, With so many limitations I can only suggest simple foods like oats; not 0 calories but for that you get( fiber& protein)1/3cup serving; makes one cup o f cookedoatmeal w/o butter orsugar;
some carbs but high enough fiber  to = one starch  exchange per1/3cup( 1 cup cooked)
Pleaselet me know your goal/specifics ofwhatyou want &I wil try to suggest   some "
BIGGEST BANG for your BUCK" (calories) recipes.UndecidedAllof us on onVBB  are ALWAYS HAPPYTO HELP EACH OTHER W/ common PROBLEMS:(recipes, shopping tips, meal planing, etc.)
So give us specifics on what you need & one or more of us will try to be HELPFULL.

How about Shirataki Noodles,0 carbs, 0 calories? Do a search there are recipes using this noodles.I have done some research on these but have not yet tried them. They are loaded with fiber and can help you lose weight ,lower blood pressure,cholesterol and blood sugar.I know that Trader Joes carries them.I just need to get there to buy some!There are two types of these noodles,the traditional,contains no corn, wheat or soy, no carbs or caloriesThe other type contains some tofu which is made from soy beans and has minimal calories or carbs .Both types are flavorless and will pick up the flavors of the other foods cooked with them.I hope this what you are looking for?

Hi Ann - yes, this is NOW a source of humor every time my brother and I visit with each other. I was extremely shy when young, and very gullible. My brother really took advantage of that, unbeknown to my parents, of course!! He would have gotten a spanking if they had found out, and I was not about to tell on him.Innocent

Funny story Verlee!  That would probably make a great April Fools joke.

Gale, those noodles sound great.  Maybe I should go buy some, but would definitely get the plain since I have a problem with anything "tofu"  lol.

Gale I tried the noodles and would not go out of my way to try them again.  I found them in the refrigerated produce section of a very large Asian grocery store near me.
They pretty much taste like they have 0 carbs, 0 calories 0 flavor.  There is a possibility that I did not fix them correctly. Oh heck I have given Brussels Sprouts a second chance I just might try these again.
