NEW ENGLANDERS have had a saying for a long time : "If you don'tike the weather, ; WAIT A MINUTE"
Our weather follows no seasonal rules; Winter days can be warmer than some spring or autumn days
SUMMER NIGHTS may require a sweater.Today temps ranged( before noon) from the low thirties to the mid 50's It's neither snowing or raining, but feels damp like there is going to be some precipitationWe keep our homes warm by baking breads, BEANS;cakes & cookies.
Today; is typical : People wearing bulkyy sweaters & legwarmers inside & BERMUDA SHORTS & (heavy) WINTER PARKAS, outdoors. while eating icecream at outdoor ice cream stands.

Here it is Nov. 22 in the mid-west. Nov. is a cold-cold-cold month.
Today it hit 73 (!!!) Tonight it's dropping to the low 40s. Tonight we had tornado watch, wind 60-70 mph and, as much as we need rain, about 1/10 inch.

Here in Valdosta, Ga we have had warm and sunny weather. It has been in the middle to high 70's and just great! We are expecting a bit of a cool-down but not much.

I used to live in Valdosta. Here in Wrightsville, Ga(middle of state) it has been really nice 75 days 55 last night. There is cool weather around. Have seen 30s and have more coming for the weekend. Love the cold. Love the warm.

In NY yesterday & today it'll feel like September - 65 degrees although I swear yesterday was well over 70 Of course the night dropped & this morning's commute was extremely foggy to the point of scary or in a movie because of the cold night/warm day. I hope Thanksgiving's a little warm but rain's predicted which mean the parade goers/balloon holders will be damp & cold. Thanksgiving time's unpredictable in NY - either mild or cold. When it rains, it dampens the mood somewhat for the outside events.

Yikes! I just looked out a window and there's a layer of freezing rain and snow. It's really coming down and getting thick. Oh, how sad on a day so many people are traveling. I thank God I'm here safe at home.

Cold and grey here today in Illinois. I don't mind the cold as much if the sun is shining. But what can you do, it will do what it wants whether we want it or not LOL. Hopefully tomorrow will be better for all the shopping. Happy Thanksgiving everyone!
