The weather here in the pacific northwest is begining to look alot like Christmas! We have about 5in. of snow and is still coming down.

We have 5 inches of snow on the ground this morning. The kids are loving it and I have a grandson
that shoveled my walks and driveway so I and in good shape. The wind really blew last night while it was
snowing so some drifts in the country are big. The sun is shinging now and it is drippinf off the roof.
This afternonn there will be a lot of snowmen showing around town and of course there is no school.

It is not cold accrding to the thermometer..... but it is so windy I wished I had on a winter coat. It is 49 degrees. But much better to just have the wind here in VA. Northern and western states have lots of snow AND wind.

The wind was 30-40 miles an hour on the first day of Winter. The low was 29. Yes, it was cold outside.
